Trade Account Application – The Cupboard Door Company Ltd

This will entitle successful applicants to trade with us at trade prices, and access our website Trade Centre facility. Please complete all fields of the trade application form below, providing full contact details for one of your trade suppliers as a reference, (please note that this is not an application for a credit account).  Fields are mandatory, and your form may not successfully be submitted if any are missed.

Successful submissions will generate a separate ‘Thank You’ page. If your trade form is still visible on your screen, scroll to the top and you’ll see a prompt indicating you’ve missed out some information.

Please note that by submitting this trade application form you consent to us storing this information for the following purposes

i) Grant you access to our trade centre.
ii) process any orders you may put through.
iii) contact you in regards to your order or qoute.

All the information we collect is personal data (the use of this data is outlined above), we do not collect any sensitive personal data.

We do not share your data with any third parties.
